Sleep Better Workshop

WHEN YOU WORK HARD, YOU DESERVE TO REST HARD.

Sleep is something that can come so easily some nights and escape us the next. Much of this elusiveness is from our daily habits, rituals and current ways of being, behaviours we don't even notice that provide quick relief in one moment, but discomfort in the next.

Meditation and the creation of nightly rituals can shift these behaviours and change the way your head hits the pillow. In this one and a half hour workshop, take the time to tune back into your natural rhythms and learn to rest easy. Get ready for your best nights sleep.

*This workshop, will include discussion on creation of nightly rituals, intention setting, breathwork, and a guided practice of Yoga Nidra to promote relaxation*

**Be sure bring a yoga mat and dress in comfortable clothing. This workshop is hosted at the womens co-working space Make Lemonade. All levels of experience and genders are welcome**

Unplug to Plug In Retreat

Join Bryonie Wise and The Quiet Company for a two-day heart nourishing movement and mindfulness retreat deep in the arms of mama nature (with the sweet bonus of a sound bathing ceremony with special guest, Megan Marie Gates).

Unplug from the busy and plug into the pace of all the teachings nature has to offer. Replenish (and revive) your self-care toolkit. Clear the wildly overgrown channels and create a pathway to your imagination. Explore self-doubt, self-love and and self-expression and recalibrate your understanding of how all of this self-work impacts our connection with all beings, everywhere. Calm your mind. Focus your heart. Practice presence with where you are and how you are, in this moment.

Our weekend takes place at the beauty that is Woodfield and will include slow-moving meditations on nature medicine, yoga, stillness, creative explorations, breath, locally sourced veggie food and the art of becoming.

This retreat is open to all beings at all levels of practice.
