Sleep is something that can come so easily some nights and escape us the next. Much of this elusiveness is from our daily habits, rituals and current ways of being, behaviours we don't even notice that provide quick relief in one moment, but discomfort in the next.

Meditation and the creation of nightly rituals can shift these behaviours and change the way your head hits the pillow. In this one and a half hour workshop, take the time to tune back into your natural rhythms and learn to rest easy. Get ready for your best nights sleep.
