Reset your energy, ground into your body and experience the healing vibrations of sound. The Quiet Co and Megan Marie Gates are thrilled to be creating a self-care Saturday experience with meditation, mindful movement and sound bathing.
We will meditation to bring our focus into our body followed by a short pilates/yoga flow. Then we will drop in and restore with an immersive sound bath.
A sound bath immerses you in the vibrational medicine of the crystal bowls. They provide deep relaxation, stress reduction, can improve mental clarity and enhance creativity.
No experience with meditation required. Please bring a yoga mat and wear clothes you can move in.
